Gdochia
Municipal district of Ierapetra to the south of the municipality, neighbouring with the prefecture of Heraklio. 23km from the city. It consists of Daskaliana, Papadiana, Kato Gdochia and Vatos. During the German occupation the whole village was burned down and 43 inhabitants were shot.
